Crafted from passion, stitched with edits, built brick by brick
A filmmaker, editor, and storyteller devoted to shaping memories, missions, and meaningful stories through video and design — all rooted in heart, meaning, and a lifelong love of bringing people’s stories to life.

Across platforms, I create content, build brands, and occasionally—Lego masterpieces (because balance is everything).
I kicked off PEOPLE magazine’s video division, launching a digital playground that produced more than 4,000 original videos each year. Over ten years, I built the division from scratch while mentoring up-and-coming talent who are now probably too cool to text me back.
Globally, I led a transatlantic content dream team for Future PLC, collaborating with editorial, experiential, sales, and marketing departments. Together, we delivered 200+ monthly videos for top consumer tech, gaming, and music brands. Turns out time zones and accents are an underrated creative superpower.
In 2022, I co-founded 90 Second Mentor, a LinkedIn video series that distilled wisdom from authors, influencers, and entrepreneurs into bite-sized brilliance—think TED Talks on espresso shots.
Today, I bring that same passion and purpose to SchapInc Media, where my heartfelt mission is simple: help people tell the stories that make life worth living. Whether crafting cinematic montages for families, producing branded video content, or creating nonprofit storytelling for organizations like UJA-Federation of NY, I believe video should do more than inform—it should move people, inspire action, and preserve what matters most.
Once upon a time, I began my career in communications and PR, publicizing leading national magazines, Broadway shows, and Hollywood films. Since then, I’ve shared my expertise as a guest lecturer at Columbia, NYU Stern, and Pratt Institute. In short: I’ve gathered a bit of wisdom along the way—and every so often, people take notes.
When I’m not fueling my passion for crafting meaningful videos and memorable montages—because life is always better in highlight reels—I’m usually elbow-deep in Lego bricks hunting for that one elusive piece.
